5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of any content you create or input into assistents.ai. By using our service, you grant assistents.ai a license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMPCOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ASSISTENTS.AI, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless assistents.ai Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

• Any content you upload or submit to the platform

8. Termination
